Selection of Equipments
At our company, we guide our clients in choosing the proper technology and selection of machinery according to their region of operations and specific requirements regarding the industry.

In the oil milling section, we assist our clients in selecting the best cleaning equipment and expellers that will ensure the best quality cake and oil. According to the client's needs and the market scenario, we designed the entire plant with all required facilities.

When it comes to solvent extraction section, our clients can seek from us reliable and expert guidance on the selection of proper preparation equipment. This will ensure that the seed or cake is well prepared prior to entry into the extractor. Our selected equipment ensure excellent extraction process more with minimum hexane loss and minimum utility consumption.

In the oil refining section, we ensure good quality refined oil by suggesting tested and tried processes. We assure the quality of oil which with minimum utility consumption and marketed at a premium rate.

 

Project Design & Engineering
We establish a reliable and long lasting relationship with our every client. Our team discusses with clients in close proximity for better understanding their requirements and industrial conditions so that we can design the plant according to their requirements. A thorough study of client's land and building is also done prior to designing of plant.

For each of the project, a dedicated and highly experienced engineer is appointed to make complete engineering drawings for the whole plant process. For the project design and engineering, we have appointed well qualified engineer who have vast experience in project execution. They make sure to accomplish the entire project on time within budget constraint.

 

Installation Design
For installation design service, we have appointed an independent team who is completely dedicated for this job. We have an excellent experience of installing several projects. Our team comprises of several highly experienced and knowledgeable engineers whose duty is to check if all the major pieces of equipment are erected onto their prepared foundations and that associated machinery is installed correctly.

Post installation of projects, we also take care of commissioning duties with our expertise. We have appointed in our commissioning team, well experienced personnel who carry out dry runs and product trials with all utilities and consumption as committed in the agreement.

We have a reputed track history of erecting and commissioning several plants all over the world and will carefully bring the plant to full performance before handover.

 

After Sales Service
Ranging from designing, installation, commission till after sales services, we are an expert in all the services. In our after salve services, we have all the facilities for making arrangements for genuine quality spare parts if required. On client's request, we also arrange for a technical visit as to monitor progress or advice on possible expansion plans or improvements.

We have in our team, some of the highly experienced and qualified engineers who are well versed in all the techniques of detecting any kind of problem in the machine and come up with a long term solution to it.
